Fiberglass rear deck lid fit

I am seriously looking at using a fiberglass deck lid on my 72 cutlass convertible. A desert deck lid lasted only about 5 years with the amount of salt in the air here... (I have a Thornton's hood for the front)

Does anyone know of a deck lid that fits decently? Are the Rocket Racing deck lids a good choice?

This a highway trip cruiser, not numbers matching, etc....

Fiberglass parts are made for race cars, where fit and finish are less important. Do not expect an aftermarket fiberglass part to fit anywhere near as well as a factory metal one (or even a Chinesium metal one). Expect the part to require many hours of sanding, fiberglassing, and trial and error fitting to even come close. Also, you will not be able to use your stock trunklid springs. You'll need to use a prop rod to hold the trunk lid open.

any secrets to keeping the decklid from rusting out so fast? I have been keeping my eyes open for a good one like I had, But I figured I would run into the same trouble with rust.
