Dogs in trouble
I left the dogie door open so the doges could get inside the house and out of the heat. Big mistake, Lucy and Kaiser took advantage of my kindness and destroyed their dog bed. Gotta love them but not much for doing that. Had to be fun for them though..... Tedd

They make quite a couple, Lucy is teaching Kaiser how to catch squirrels and Kaiser is showing Lucy how to bite anything on the neck till dead. The puppy thing is covered two ways so that's not going to be a problem. What a strange mix that would be though..... Tedd

So far Kaiser has destroyed well over 2,000 dollars worth of stuff. I say Kaiser because we had no problems till we got him a year and a half ago as a pup I'm sure lucy helps during the heat of the battle though. The last expensive thing he ate was my new range finder that he found at the bottom on a shooting bag that was zipped up, oh and all the shoes (every last one ) that our dog sitter had when we left him at her place while on vacation. We still love him to death but for a nearly free dog he has been expensive.... Tedd

Tedd, maybe the squirrel got into the dog bed and was threatening to get into your convertible ,and they thought it would be better to mutilate him while he was still in the dog bed. Just thank them and look on the bright side! Larry

We have them both on a wireless barrier type fence so they have free range of the yard for probably 60 yards around the house, he can run as much as he wants most anytime he wants but he is still a pup and wants to smell or chew on anything I touch. Other than destroying valuable stuff he has been a great dog and is part of the family..... Tedd

I still think that they got vicious about that squirrel's threat that the Olds Convertible was next! Just think about that little mouse and what he cost you in carpet. They had no intention of letting that threatening squirrel get nearer to the Olds! Thank goodness for those dogs, they "had your back" Tedd. Larry

Thankfully my pit rescue doesnt destroy things. He's happy to have a home after being in a shelter for almost a year. He passed his big test the other day of me leaving him free in the house while I'm gone for work. he gets to use the couch so I'm sure he was a bum all day.
