If you want to see her in work that's a little more recent, she had a recurring role as the mother of the girlfriend of one of the principal characters in the British TV series "Detectorists," a show centered on a group of people in a small town who belong to a club devoted to metal detecting. We found the show by accident on our Roku, and we loved it. Highly recommended.
