Demolition Man Olds 442s
Hi all,
I was good friends with the president of the Vista Group, a product placement firm that was responsible for placing vehicles in movies, television shows and special events from the late 1970s - the early 2010s. Vista Group arranged the deal between General Motors and Warner Brothers to get the GM concept cars in the movie, as well as three 1970 Olds 442s. When my friend passed away, I ended up inheriting the entirety of the Vista Group's files, and there's a treasure trove of documentation and photos on Demolition Man.
Included in these files are the original Loan Agreements between Oldsmobile and Warner Brothers for the three Olds, as well as repair orders for each of the cars.
One of the cars recently sold at Barrett-Jackson in January, I've been told one or possibly both of the others are at the R.E. Olds Museum in Lansing, MI (can anyone confirm?).
I'd love to get these documents associated with the three Olds to the cars themselves. Does anyone know who owns any of the three cars?

Interesting caveats: "This car can be damaged." "Do not damage." and "This car can be destroyed." Yuck.
Still cool stuff. I have a friend who was into all the movie memorabilia stuff and right after the movie wrapped filming, he got me an embroidered "San Angeles" jacket from Warner Brothers before the movie even came out. Supposedly they gave them out to crew members, staff, whatever. I dunno. I still thought it was cool he got me one because he knew I liked Oldsmobiles.
