Its not a bargin but if its turn key motor and trans combo carb to pan and you could have heard it run in the car its not a terrible deal depending on what carb is on it and the parts in it. Since he pulled it he is going to have that much more hard time selling it. Would I pay that hell no but I have seen plenty of people trying to sell clapped out 4 door cars for restored convertible money so there are worse deals out there.

Didn't know E heads were worth so much...I should have bought the set I saw on local Kijiji for $100.

I have two sets of E heads one large valve one small valve. Should be able to sell them for enough to finish the machine work on my 455 right?

Stop it guys.... If he's fair dinkum you'd pay $4000+ for that down here. Maybe more.
Then $1.30 ltr for fuel to keep it going. On eBay oz it would have gone in a second with a buy it now of $1800. I wish Olds stuff was that cheap.
