Hanukkah Sameach!

I have always considered myself fortunate that my Episcopalian congregation was less than a block from both St Peter's Greek Orthodox church and Temple Beth Sholom.

The Episcopalians had the biggest parish hall so was not unusual for us to host the other congregations' food festivals along with our own English pub nights. Sadly all three congregations have gotten small. The Greek church stopped doing their Greekfest about six years ago, and the Jewish bake sale was a casualty of Covid and unsure about next year. Let me tell you I have missed the delicious food and the delightful people!
