bummed out
I started this thread in the general discussion the ( the wrong forum )
I am right in the middle of my winter restore on the 1969 convertible. I have front clip removed engine and tranny out, seats and door pnls out,not alot wrong with the car just alot of little fixin. Now the bad part I tore up my sholder at work I have been off work 6 weeks and now sugery dont have that date yet but alot to do if I am going to get to drive it this summer.
I now have the date it will be 03/13 so I have come to the end of even fixing the little things. 4 more days of waiting and then a really long road of recovery 5 to 9 months better days ahead going to just keep relaxin

Where exactly do you live in Northern Illinois? I live just over the boarder in Salem Wisconsin, but I work in Waukegan. I could help you out to get your car mobile again if your not too far. I'm off on Thursdays & Sundays. Not asking for money but I hope you have a heated garage and a stocked fridge.
