Bopc swap meet and race and performance expo

Guys it's that time of year again my favorite weekend coming up .the 22nd. 23, and 24th is the race and performance expo at the pheasant run resort in st. charles il. and the 24th is the bopc swap meet at the kane county fair grounds on the otherside of st. charles. I like going to the expo because of all the cool parts and vendors and some of them have really good deals. and the winners circle performce has i think 20 percent off on all orders placed at the show. pretty cool event , The bopc is always a good time plenty of nice people and parts. Anyone planning on going to these events ?

J - there's usually a ton of buyers there, although I've missed the last few years.

I've never been to the swap meet, is it usually crazy? Should I plan on getting there early?

Any decisions re meeting at the swap meet? I MAY be going, and if I do would not mind being able to put a face to a name/handle.

I'll be vending there again. believe this is the 3rd year at the new location. I've also heard this year it's sold out which I don't believe they have done the last two years.

one thing I've noticed, for whatever reason, nice clean rust free sheetmetal doesn't sell here, so I stopped bringing it. But if there is anything specific someone is interested in, let me know and I'll see if I have it and I'll bring it. And no, nothing rare like F heads, W-30 intakes or the like.

Chris

Unfortunately, everything I'd have to offer is big. The small stuff sells on here or e-bay.

I'd have to bring a trailer full of axles, wheels, tires, blocks, cranks, intakes header panels, bumpers, and fuel tanks. A vendor table spot wouldn't really help. A trailer spot would be nice though

I have a set of round port h-o pontiac headers that I'd like to unload if anyone with a spot has extra space and wants to make 10% if they sell.

hey guys, I am not going to bopc swap meet but it is a good one for sure i went at least 10 to 15 years in a row and found exactly what i needed every time and all oem parts to boot. I am on my very last legs of parts needed and the time is more important to me for getting things done. I would suggest though that who ever needs a lot of things and reasonably priced to go to this one and every other one that is out there,I did this for a long long time and am now just about finished up and all parts are there to be put on now,as a bonus with good swap meets you can get your car done semi reasonably in price. The true people who need the parts are the ones who i feel should get first dibs on those parts because together as a group we all need to get it done for our make and brand.

I'll most like be wearing a black pullover sweat jacket with a DuPage county fire investigation task force patch on it.

I'll be really easy to find.

The guy in the black Carhartt coat with the oil soaked shoulders, and filthy hands that looks like he just wiped them on his pants all morning.
Because I did.
