This has to be the first connection I have ever seen of tires to radiators...
I bet it will improve performance!

Heehee. I can't say much bad about them, because they get most of my tire and alignment binness. Local one has a very good alignment mechanic. And uh, yeah, I followed him from the BFG store to Expert.

And contrary to what a lot of people say, I've had very good service out of Firestone and their associated brand tires. I keep them inflated properly though.

I have to stick with Goodyear. They employ alot of people where I live.

FWIW, I have General tires on my Olds and Michelins on the VW.

64, we have a big Goodyear aircraft and truck tire plant here, but that don't mean I'll buy GY tires. I have never gotten good service from them. I'm normally not too brand-conscious on tires, but I do not run GY on any of my stuff, nor Chinese-made tires.

Plus the attitude of most of the GY crowd around here leaves a lot to be desired. Let's just say they believe in conspicuous consumption and want to make sure you know they work for Goodyear and can afford it. Then the tire market goes soft or they go out on strike and good googaley moogaley can you find deals in the local shopper paper when they can no longer pay for all those expensive toys. Plus they treat wait staff and other service occupations like dirt, and that bothers me. Lot of 'em came out of the same tobacco fields and cotton mills I did, so no need for them to pretend they're somebody.

Nothing against Firestone at all.
It just hit me on how poorly worded the internet ad was.
Is Expert the name of the place??? If so it makes some sense, but the wording could be better...
Y'all can see how I understood it......
