Man has this thing grown!
I was at the first one, 25 boats I think.
The main event was a blower popping off
about his second shift, 30 feet in the air,
SPASH! Cool...

I think this year there are going to be around
135 contestants. Full blown fuelies, to backyard builds.

Were there any CO members coming to Marble Falls
for the event? They have racers from all over the states.
California being the farthest that I know of. They set up
in one of the parks for the pits, live music, cold beer, and
about 1/4 mile from the house. Good times.

If anyone is coming up, let me know or
shoot me a pm. I would look forward
to meeting any of the CO brothers.

I think it's only going to be about *105
here on Fri and Sat. the Bluebonnet cafe
will be packed for sure. That's ok we have a Chilis too.
And it looks over the river right on the races.

 

I may be there Sunday. I'll shoot you a note if I get that solidified. Love to visit with you. I think I'll keep the no a/c convertible safely in the garage though.
