1950's Car Club Plaques

My dad made this in high school shop class in the mid to late 50's for his car club. I was wondering if anyone else had any of these, or stories, or the history of car club plaques as my knowledge is pretty limited.

I’m afraid that I don’t have any material to contribute, but I will say that it’s just damned COOL! Shop art with a pulse! The colors even look vibrant for its age, restored? I’ll look forward to other member’s contributions.

It was never restored, my parents had it stashed somewhere. When my dad passed my mom gave it to me and it's been on a shelf for the last eight or so years.

I used to belong to a car club, named' Wolves'. Most of the members have since passed away. We had these pl

aques made thru a high school vocational class.

Very cool!😎

I attended a local car show years ago with my 71 98. Folks from the hosting car club; the Street Kings, tried to get me to sign up. I never did.😥

Cool. Nice to see there are still some out there. I've seen a few on YouTube car show videos too.

I have a website with over 11,000 different car club plaques. Where was your dad's club based so I can add his plaque to my site?
