Bare Frame Weight?
How much does a bare convertible frame weigh once it's been stripped of all the suspension parts (ie, control arms, spindles, steering gear, differential, etc)?

I have a book of weights for the 1969 cars and it shows for the bare frame: F-85 2 door car at 215 pounds and the Cutlass Convt. at 251 pounds.
I would say the same for 1970 - 1972 cars.
