Not sure how the 68 compares with the 66, but here is a possible reference point if the exact numbers for '68 cannot be found...

This translates to about 1/2 - 3/4 "Gorilla Tight" for those using that scale.

In the 72's manual, it quotes:
"Tighten body mounts to 40 ft/lbs for all series."
This is right in between the values given for '66 - how coincidental...
One size fits all - easy to remember when I do this fun task next year or so!
