I am working on a 65 442 that needs a frame change.What frames will interchange with this year?Will any other A body frames work?I have a 66-67 frame available for this swap. Thanks, Tim

I replied on another thread, but adding to what I said there the 1964-65 Cutlass/442/F85 2 door and 4 door car frames will fit your car. John

 

Where are you located Tim? I know of a good frame out of a '65 442 right around the corner from me. I'm on Long Island, NY.....I believe he wants around $500 for it....

 

66 Skylark frame will also work...Im using one right now in my Cutlass..

 

66/67 Cutlass frame front rails are spaced further apart than 64/65 so front bumper and radiator core will not mount. Henry

 

Hey guys. I'm new to this board and apologize if this is hijacking. I also need to know the same thing. I have a 67 cutlass (442) with a soft frame and also wonder what to search for? I was told chevelle is the same??? Any help is appreciated. Need to get this project started. If anyone knows of any decent ones available let me know as well. Taa442 if that 66 won't work for you would you be willing to part with it?
