Steering arms

Hey guys, i just bought new steering arm bolts and there are 2 long ones and 2 shorter ones. Do the longer ones go in the front or the rear of the steering arm? thnx

The long ones go to the rear because they also pass through the caliper brackets on disk brake cars.
