Trying to figure out what to use and where in pics below……. Some kind of 2k?

My brother who is a body shop manager got me some self leveling stuff we used there, I know its 3m product, I was completely sold on, the trick is he used thinner or wax and oil remover to wipe it down and it layed down nice and smooth. the part # I used is 08367 that is for black they have different colors as well but it is 3m Black urethane seam sealer!
