Removing Brake cable from body

I am removing the body from the frame and need to know how do I separate the brake cable from the body? There is nothing in the assembly manual that shows how it comes apart unless I missed it in the manual. Here are a couple of pictures below of where I need to remove the cable. Also I want to show you guys my plan on lifting the body so I can put it on the rotisserie using the engine hoist attached to the body bracing I put together. It does lift the body. Just got to remove the brake cable.

The right way is with a brake cable removal tool, available at any auto parts store.

You can sometimes have success using a small hose clamp to compress the fingers. If you don't plan to reuse the cable, break the fingers off. Note that you will need to press up on the cable from the underside to release the fingers from the floorpan before using the tool or hose clamp.

X2...clamp is best, well...tool is BEST, sometimes you can use a box end wrench, too.
