rear upper control arms

I have changed everything in the rear and am still have wheel hop. the upper arms are adjustable and are all the way in. I know that the rear pumpkin has to be level or slightly pointing down, but how do I get it that way. What length are the upper arms?

The rear end setup is based on pinion angle. X2 on pictures. What springs, shocks, tires, and gear ratio.

on my circle car,we would shorten the uppers. using large washers, with new holes to move the top of the pinion down, usually shorten about 1/2" would get it where ii wanted. this was after lowering the springs(race springs),and having the lowers level to the ground

pinion angle

I have completion engineering trailer arms with top adjustable. the uppers are adjusted all the way in. to adj out would lift the pinion up. I put new moog springs. and 3 way adjustable shocks. I also have a comp eng drive shaft. can't get underneath when on ground. Will find a drive on hoist to try to get pictures. I understand the pinion angle is the main cause but do not no how to fix it.
