Quarter window rollers

Some of the rollers spin freely and have some play or pivot in them. Some do not spin easily and have no “play.” What are they supposed to do? I presume that rollers should roll easily and thus considering replacing them. The window worked fine when using the manual regulator, but I’m doing a power window conversion and don’t want to stress the motor. If replacing, are those riveted on or are we looking at the tip of a bolt in pic 3? OPGI sells replacements with a threaded bolt. But I hear about guys drilling out rivets....
All tips appreciated.

Well, this probably wasn’t posted in the right category. I have figured out the aforementioned questions. Those are indeed “nuts” and there are special tools available from Summit and OPGI to get them off, Some with metal fab shops build their own. I found one for about $11 delivered from a Chevelle dealer.
Rollers are hard to come by. OPGI has them but currently backordered for 4 weeks. We are definitely seeing some Corona supply chain disruption out there.
