Mystery Bracket

Hey guys this bracket was bolted to the inner fender on my 70 cutlass. My only thought is it would be for a bottle of concentrated washer fluid as it was mounted next to the washer fluid reservoir but I don't think the 70's came with that, correct? I'm thinking someone just stuck it on there and I was just going to chuck it in the extra parts box but wanted to make sure first, any thoughts?

Washer concentrate bottle bracket, for sure!
I believe '67 was the last year, not 100% positive on that.

That's what it is. Could have been dealer installed at customer request easy enough; I have a box of NOS bottle brackets.

Hey guys, thanks for the confirmation, thats what I figured it was, now I'm not sure if I should toss it in the parts box or clean it up and get a bottle for it being the holes are already there
