My '71 Cutlass needs patch panels on the lower fenders and quarters. The rest of the body is solid and I'd like to try to do the majority of the body work and prep myself. But, I need a welder to tack in the patches. I'm sure most body shops don't want to do piece-meal work like this. Does any one know a welder in the West Chester - Kennett Square PA area that would be willing?
