Getting ready to get the frame fixed up and powder coated and start putting her back together instead of taking apart. First I'll need to fix some of the holes for the body mounts. Do you guys buy the washer kits online or generic ones from fastenal, etc? Anyone know what size and why the kits have 14?

Do you guys weld up all the seams on the (convertible) frame or just leave it as is? Anything else to do to it while it is out.

This is the list of parts I think I need to order. Does anyone see anything missing? I'm not concerned with brake parts as I'm going with C6 stuff.

There are rubber bumpers on the front part of the frame, are those only available from places like OPG?

Front inner and outter wheel bearings
Rear wheel bearings
Spindle nuts
Spindle washers

Sorry for all of the questions, but this is all new to me.

 

I have made similar list, but still find I'm always missing something, or I get the wrong part and have to wait for it, or run all over trying to find it! Looks complete to me. only thing I don't see is new wheel bearing grease, and cotter pins.

 

That's not on the list, but we have that already.
