Light rust after winter storage
All,

How would you go about cleaning up light rust on the outside chrome of my vent windows (72 Cutlass) and on my header panel?

Try extra fine steel wool 000, then a good chrome polish.

Crumpled up wad of aluminum foil and either soap and water or wd40.

Just Turtle Wax Chrome polish by itself will remove light rust and polish it at the same time

I ended up using 00 on the front vent windows and rear bumper, which worked perfectly. Thanks again everyone.
