How to remove fuel lines from tank?

There's a lock ring that holds the sending unit in. Probably easiest to tap it off with a screw driver evenly, going around in a circle. It will come off by tapping the tabs counter clockwise. make sure you tap the tabs on the locking ring and not the tank itself.
