You can get new pins for your doors. I think most local auto parts stores carry kits to put new pins and bushings in the door hinges. It isn't very hard to change. All you need is a buddy around to help you hold the door.

As far as wipers are concerned, if your wipers squeak I suggest buying a new pair of blades. If it isn't the blades that are squeaking then you can always lube the mechanism with some grease.

Wipers make an annoying "clattering" noise, put new 25.00 delco blades on and it did`nt cure the problem , do i need new wiper arms? Its like they`re bouncing along the windshield.

Try cleaning the windshield really well on a nice dry day with window cleaner then polish it with a product like rain-x, that shoulf fix you up.

If the wipers are vibrating/jumping on the windshield and new blades and cleaning the glass does not help, check the following:

1-Enough tension from the spring to hold them down on the glass.
2-Make sure the arm is not bent, causing the blade to be angled from top or bottom.

If these are okay, the pivot point on the arm is worn, causing the new blade to fit too loosely, enabling it to jump and chatter on the glass. My 97 Caddy had this problem and the dealer could not (or wanted to) figure it out. Too bad I figured it out AFTER the warranty expired...

Keep in mind junkyard arms ~may~ be worn also...
