Front fender to frame mount question

Front fender to frame mount question
I just pulled the support beam that goes from the front fender (by the side marker) to the frame and drilled out the rivets holding this rubber/fabric material to the beam so I can strip/paint the beam. The rubber/fabric stuff is trashed and I'm wondering if anyone has had experience getting this new material or maybe an idea on a thick rubber sheet I can cut to size to replace it. I'm just going to use a nut, bolt, and washers instead of the rivet to reattach it so that's easy.
Any help would be great.

One of the rubber pieces on mine (all original) has part of a whitewall on it. I think they may have used some sort of old tire pieces? There is also a pattern on the backside like the inside of a tire.

You know, that makes sense now that you mention it. I can see what looks like cords in the material, but no whitewall to tip me off. It's just shredding apart. Mines all original also. I think I'll just go down to a tire store and grab an old used tire and cut out the pieces I need since I saved the old piece to use so I could cut the right size. Thanks for the quick assistance Allan!
