Floor pans for 1962 Starfire

I’m new to the forum and looking to purchase a 62 Starfire. It needs floor pans but I don’t see any reproductions online. Are there other pans for GM B bodies that interchange with 62 Starfires?

It's gonna be southwestern used or fix what you have. Same body style Pontiac may work but not 100% sure. Chevrolet floors are different because of their X frame.

Good thing is all 1962 big Olds 2D HT floors will work. 63, possibly.

You'll find not much repro except rubber parts and some trim which Fusick and Steve Westlake can supply. Car also shares some pieces with Ninety Eight.

Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada. Sometimes high desert areas of Pacific Northwest. Cars that have spent their lives there may have sunburnt paint and trashed interiors but sheetmetal and chrome will generally be in very good condition.

Those generic "floor pans" are just flat sheet with some random beads rolled in them. Not even close to a repro floor pan. They'll require a lot of hand fitting to make them work. Good used pans from a desert car are worth the money you'll save in labor.
