I know I can get Dorman part # 38420 for the bolt/washer/bushing, but can you just get the bushing only?
Is there a hack that works for a better bushing material than what you get. Doesn’t seem to last long. Need to be made with a little harder material. I suppose it can’t be too hard or it will rattle
Any ideas out there that are tried and tested with good results?

The GM part # for the 'insulator' or 'silencer' is 9601752.
Back in 2013 they were available in a pack of 10 thru my local gm dealer.
Saw one on ebay , but for probably more than I paid for the 10
