Probably a Buick piece ....maybe late '60's. Definitely not a '70-72 Buick A body piece. The hood lock style is the key and that looks like a Buick hood lock.

I'll send a link to a Buick guy and have him look at the pics.....I'm thinking 68 or 69 Skylark/GS.

Dan - Yes, it's a '68-9 Skylark piece. I have a Buick buddy w/a '68 that is interested in it if you are considering selling. Send me a PM if so and we can go from there.
