Body Mount replacement - '68 442

Body Mount replacement - '68 442

I think I already know the answer to this, but thought I'd check before breaking out the cutting wheel...

I have a body mount bolt for the rear cross member that the nut is spinning and is obviously inaccessible. I'm guessing I have to cut an access hole in the body panel behind the face bar to access the bolt and the replace it without using the cage.

Correct assumption?
