I have a 71 Olds Cutlass Supreme that is green. I believe the code is a 49 from the tag. I'm having trouble finding a matching paint for it that isn't laquer. I was looking at doing a base coat/clear coat this time. Anybody have any tips or resources I should use to try to find this color?

I hadn't been on this site in about 5 years and man has it changed and for the better... It looks great.

I'm doing a basecoat/clearcoat Matador Red on my '71 Cutass convertible. Go to www.autocolorlibrary.com and take the PPG number to any good auto paint store (I used a PPG dealer) and they can custom mix it for you.
