I'm getting ready to install the windshield in my 69 Cutlass Vert. The pinchweld is in great shape. With today's thinner replacement windshields is the correct butyl tape thickness 5/16 or 3/8 to achieve the correct height for the trim ? And are the setting blocks in the butyl kit actually used vs the two adjustable clips ?
