69 cutlas convert frame

I am hopeful that someone can help me!!! I am in desperate search of a frame for my 69...the car has been completely restored and the guy who was doing the work assured us that the frame was repairable...unfortunately thousands later...it can not be... does anyone have any help?? thanks
