1969 Cutty radiator support

Searching for either a whole support or patch kit to repair my problem. I have rot under the battery tray thru the cross member and onto the the rear of the sheet metal behind the headlight. The sheet metal could be repaired if necessary.Am I limited to just 1969 or is this interchangable with other years or models.
Thanks Jimbo

There USED to be a patch panel available for the area under the battery (the patch panel works on all 68-72 core supports). I still have one, but I've not seen it for sale in the last few years.

I just saw the other day that The Parts Place is reproducing the core support for the 70 Cutlass I think you could exchange the top section with the one from your rusted out 68-72 and have a compleat rust free one.

hood latch setup is different between 69 and 70 also, so you'd need to swap more over if you installed that 70 support in your 69. however, lots of people do this if they run a 70 OAI hood on their 69

To be more specific you can remove the top plate that the lock and hood bumpers attach to from your 69 and spot weld it to the 70 one. All the supports from 69-72 are slightly different in the top plate.I have rust in the same spots on my 72 support. This may be the best way to repair all the problems at once.
