1966 Window felt supplier

Does anyone know where to get window felts and rubbers (for inner and outer of windows) for a 66 cutlass coupe. This car has the chrome molding that goes over the top of the door and the felt attaches to it via bend over pins. The inner rubber attaches to the door panl via rivets.
All felts that I have found have a chrome bead on them and they do not attach to the factory chrome piece.
Any input on this problem would be appreciated.
THANKS.

Check out Fusicks. I know they have window rubber and felt for my applications. I am sure if you look on their on-line catalog you will find what you are looking for.

I assume you're talking about the optional wide stainless trim on the door tops. I'm not aware of anyone making repros of these window felts. I have the same problem with my 70 W-30. It may be possible to buy the normal felts and carefully replace the old felts on your existing stainless trim. That's my plan, anyway, when I get to that point. You may want to buff out the stainless before installing the new felts. The inner should be the same as on all Cutlii of that year.

This is different from the normal felts that have the small diameter round stainless bead. As I noted above, I am not aware of any repro source for these.

I am in contact with Ron at Supercar Specialty.

For clarification, Is this coupe a 2 door hardtop?

Steele Rubber has what you are looking for, as does Parts Place and Tamraz, both are in Chicago. The chrome moulding was the B85 option.

What is the part number at Steele? All I can find in their on-line listings is the small chrome bead, not the wide molding.

You're right, I skipped right over that. Interesting that they have the convertible but not the hardtop.

Not to doubt your info, but have you actually seen these parts? I'm a little skeptical that the "with special molding" parts are exactly the same price as the non-B85 strips.

Joe, I have not seen these, however, my car has the B 85 moulding and I purchased my window sweeps from Year One. Their catalog lists these as RF406 A coupe, and RF 408 A convertible for 76.00 each and I know from personal experience that these work.

the website and catalog are hard to navigate, but call and talk to the guy. He knows his stuff and has been able to get me belt line kits that no one else could.
