You might want to state your price range. Nicer cars you have to pay up for (what you are requesting) vs daily drivers (where your budget might be with a car).
I know of a super nice original 1970 442 4 speed hard top that is listed at $49,500. Worth every penny.
thanks

I know of a super nice ‘69 442 automatic that could be exactly what you are looking for. I regret not buying it but I didn’t see it in person until after I bought mine. Can’t remember for sure if power steering but definitely 100% rust free and beautiful paint. Located in AZ. PM me if you want more info.
I already have a 1970 442 W30 4 speed I'm doing a frame off and a 70 W30 convertible already restored. I was letting the person who wants a car know how nice the car I'm telling him about that's for sale. Cars under $40K are not very nice and will need work, Trying to match expectation with price and condition.
Do you need a car or have one to help the buyer with since you are making recommendations.

Maybe state your price range and condition you are willing to take below $40,000. There are really nice cars out there over $40,000 and those below will need work, just a matter of how much your expecting for a car based on your comments.
thanks

I have a W31 that I purchased new in May 1970, when I was 18 years old. Have all original paper work including build sheets. A frame on was done a few years ago. Red, white vinyl top and white interior. Hurst dual gate. W27 rear end, not just a cover, but the actual correct rear end. Car needs nothing. Just time to let it go.
I would sell my 1971 442 for $35,000 cash FIRM
as it sits with no extra parts
But , it has old paint.... whiners or picky people need not apply
It is a nice documented 442 with OAI from the factory
buckets with auto on the floor
