There is a 69 Crimson 442 convertible on the Bay and another classic old car site that I am very interested in. I was hoping some of the sharper eyed individuals on this site might take a look and see if they spot anything that concerns them and let me know their concerns, if any.

That is one gorgeous 442! I see no obvious issues in the photos...in fact it looks like the car has been completely and correctly restored. The seller seems to have 100% positive feedback, but I would do my diligence and ask him a lot of questions and see pics of the data plate, documentation etc.

Expect to pay a pretty penny for this car...good luck!

Advise, from someone in the business for many years, never purchase a car from anyone without a proper inspection and or a money back guarantee.

 

Yes, you need to see the car in person. I'd want to get a good look at the undercarriage and get a peek under that trunk mat to see if there are any signs of condensation.

The only demerits that are obvious to me in the pictures provided are the aftermarket stereo and incorrect master cylinder.
