Did u catch the one that went on Ebay last night. 71 #s matching 442 convertible. Went for $5200 The guy cost himself a few bucks by not even trying to clean it up. Looked like a nice project car from Williamsport Ind. He said it starts right up I had my doubts looked like its been sitting a while. I
got cold feet myself because someone had bought a Mach 1 off the guy and was not happy at all. Paid 17K and called it a rust bucket & no electronics worked.

SX convert

Owner says SX . Oldsmobile central web site. 9500.00. Don't know him but did call and talk to him. My research tells me it's hard to prove SX without broadcast card etc. he says it has E heads, numbers matching, etc. did not know if posi or not. I'm gonna pass but thought you may want to know about it if not already. Good luck with your search.

Gotta be careful of the last line of the description. The car is disassembled & the guy says "I have several boxes of NOS parts that can be purchased separately" that could be a problem find out all those NOS parts are what's needed for the resto. Only saying cause I went down that road twice. Made a u turn the second time, fool me once & all that crap.
