We don't know what the VIN says, but the grilles scream "1971", not 1970.

 

This car has been for sale forever.....not a '70 for sure....unless someone painted the eyebrows......which, now that I look closer, is entirely possible!

 

It's possible the entire nose was replaced after an accident, which is why I note that we don't know what the VIN says.

I have run across a couple of 1970 model year cars with 71 or 72 front ends on them. The VIN numbers and data tags said 1970, but the grilles, hood, fenders, etc screamed 1971 or 72.
