73 barracuda,

im looking to get a 66-70 charger.
maybe a 442 or a convertible?

let me know what you guys have. or if someone wants to just buy the plymouth, make an offer!!

sold me cutlass S and im not gonna lie, im sort of missing her

I have enough to buy one outright, but i do have a 73 barracuda with a 4-speed if anyone is interested?

it runs and drive, the only rust it has is the battery tray which i have recently replaced.
Needs new interior also,
The body is straight and is practically ready to be painted.

electrical works,

I have most of the chrome too, its just off right now because i was thinking about painting it soon.
I have the bumpers too, they are not the regular 73 bumpers with the rubber on it either, i didn't like them much.

here are a couple pics

my email is kylem4711@gmail.com

HMMMMMMMMMM

I'd consider a trade for my 72 442 W30 Clone ragtop... I miss my 72 Cuda from 1980.... How much mud is in the car?

Is it matching #'s? What rear is in it?

That is a pretty nice car for a Mopar. I had a buddy in college with a 75 Dodge Dart. He drove the hell out of that car. Good luck selling it.

442 W30

What I can tell you about my car is that it was restored some time ago from a Cutlass or 442 into a W30. The owners who ended up with it before me didn't know crap about fixing cars and let alot go to hell before I got it. It has power windows, ac, power door locks, cruise control, buckets/console, ps + pdb, hood is aftermarket all fiberglass..

Originally it came with a 350 4 bbl (from the VIN numbers), but now has a 1970 455 - 4bbl, TH 350 trans and Chevy 12 bolt rear with 3:31 posi. It has a new frame underneath that was POR15'd and new control arm bushings in the front end. It has a brand new top that's 2 weeks old. The quarters were replaced with GM NOS full quarters at one time. The floors are generally good except it could use a trunk pan (for sure) and the rear floor pans could use replacement or leave them be. The lower doors were re-skinned during the cloning (maybe 10+ years ago?).

It's still the original color combo - Yellow, black top and dark sandalwood -brown interior. Runs good, just needed tlc which is what I'm now giving it... The Type O 12 bolt that was in it had bearing noises, so I just installed a rear from a 69 Chevelle SS.

In 72, the 442 package was an option you could add to any cutlass. There is no build sheet I could find, so I suspect it was originally once a Cutlass (worst case).

Drive now and fix along the way.

Everything is working now. Just needs trunk pan. Paint is OK and will last a while. A few small rust spots to touch up and paint. Not mint but I'll bring it to local shows as it is.

My plan is to fix as I go, and enjoy the crap out of it along the way...

I was at a party last night and thru a friends relative located a 71 383 Challenger (one owner) with a blower set up on it. The guy wants to sell it rediculously cheap, so my convert may go up for sale real quick... I'll wait a day or two until I get a confirmation on the price...
