I am new to this forum but I am trying to sell my 1968 Oldsmobile Delmont 88 4 door hardtop. This is an all original, numbers matching car with 99,xxx miles. She has a 455 Rocket, THM400 transmission, and 12 bolt rear end. The body and frame are straight and rust free. Door panels are all present and in good condition, the dash has 2 cracks in it though. Front bench seat is in good condition other than a rip in the seam on the drivers side. The rear bench is in excellent condition. There are however a couple of bad things about this car, first the car originally came with a/c and heat....the components for both systems are no longer installed but are complete and sitting in the trunk. The other catch is that it is not in driveable condition. The engine runs perfect and does not smoke at all, the transmission is what keeps this car from driving. It needs a front pump. I am in the Army and will be moving soon, unfortunately I just cannot take this beauty with me. I'm asking $2,000 or best offer simply because I have almost $2,500 into her and I'd like to get atleast some back out of her. No reasonable offer will be refused.
