1997 Cutlass Supreme SL - needs a good home

My son and I got this car from a lady that evidently had it under a carport or in a garage because it is in very good condition, good paint and no rust. About 125,000 mi.
The only thing wrong with it was a rusted brake line and my son and I replaced that and he's been driving it for about a year daily to high school, with no issues whatsoever. Has new tires, and a valid state inspection. We inherited a much newer car, larger, with more safety features so we want to put him in it. But I'm not sure he's going to let us do this because he loves his Oldsmobile! It starts immediately and runs so smoothly! He's got the oldest car in the high school parking lot and none of his friends have ever even seen another one of these. Everyone is amazed at what good condition it is in. I see these advertised all over, most of them much higher than the $5,000 I'd like to get for it.
We are located in Richmond, Virginia.
Thanks to all

Sounds like it has a good home. Let your son keep it.
