1966 Oldsmobile 442 FOR SALE Restore Project

$9000. Total restore project, located in Ohio. 1966 Oldsmobile 442. Inherited through father passing. Parts, emblems, everything we come across come with, have more than what is pictured. Original title, I believe it’s a 330 engine (can double verify this). Red leather interior was installed brand new years ago and than Dad never touched again, as far as we can tell so far, no rips or tears but haven’t gotten to the back fully yet.

1965 Oldsmobile, with title, much more broke down, mostly scrap, original Oldsmobile glass and some parts worthy, comes with if wanted.

Again, any and all parts we continue to come across comes with.

$9000. We have had a number of folks look at these and feel confident with the range we should fall in for selling these. All offers welcome and will be considered.

Olds Year

I went based off title. I’ll double check it after work to be sure. Thanks! I wouldn’t have thought to double check it without it being questioned.

How about a picture of engine and trim tag on firewall, the 442 would have a 400 engine from the factory.

Is that leather?

I think you need some real pictures of the body. Lower fender and quarters, trunk floor.
And engine bay would definitely help. A few good pics and people here will tell you exactly what the engine is.

Thanks!

Appreciate all the input, it really is helpful in figuring out how to navigate this and what everyone might want to see on it.

Will definitely take the photo recommendations and add those. A buddy of his is going to send over everything he knows about it so I’ll add that information as well. Along with the additional parts we literally just located. Door panels, radio, and double checking but I believe the door handles I just found go with it as well. Additional Oldsmobile emblems, grills, gas caps and a brand new, still in the box rear view mirror. If it goes with it, could go with it, potentially replace something in it, it will come with the car, unless buyer doesn’t want it.

Says he’s been in the garage to long and forgot we asked. Haha! If I’m being honest, I feel like I need to join him out there for awhile, ! I clearly retained the wrong information from my time out there.

The interior is leather yes, one of Dads proudest accomplishments with that car. Came across photos a couple days ago in his garage after it was freshly installed.

I was hoping to have better interior photos by now but the storms have kept it wrapped up.

If I read right, both the 65 and 66 are included in the sale.
