Thanks to all for the condolences, tomorrow is not promised as we know... I will post some pictures soon. Ask any questions that you may have here or in a PM.
Here are some pictures...not the best. Car tucked away pretty good, doors are off and in another garage. Saw it has typical rot under wide stainless at base of windshield. Let me add there is 1 nos grill for it and I think a few tail light lens.... Steering wheel is dripping something oily on the seat..weird, and yes it is sticky...
Looking at the body tag, the 12D built date would make this one of the first Rallye 350 cars produced as the majority were built Jan / Feb 1970. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks again to all the condolences, its tough loosing a brother and best friend at 63 years old.
Also thanks for the build info.
I also remembered there is a set of nos walker tailpipes with trumpets to go with the car.
A few more pictures. I also checked, engine turns free and sniffing the gas filler seems to say the gas has not varnished. I will try and get the engine running as time permits, should not be difficult. Not a W27 rear just the cover and has original spare.
