Given who has that car, there is no doubt it's nice. He's had several nice Cruisers thru the years.

If that was in OK or in Dallas, TX I would have bought it already. Who cares what the wife thinks.

I hate rust and can smell it a mile away.

Clean your nose out. This guy has always had top quality, usually unrestored, cars and can smell one out a mile away.

One car that I truly regret not getting from him was a 1970 buckets/console W33 Royale coupe. I kinda couldn't justify it at the time, having just bought the green Starfire and getting ready to strip the Hurst for paint.

Open your eyes and look at the pics closely, you would buy that car?
I'm really sorry, I don't know how clean his other cars were but this isn't one of them. Look at the lower rear quarters, usually the rear quarter windows are rusted out under the trim and the water goes down to the bottom and rots everything and going by the side marker rust traces I bet it is.. No pics of the underbody, check the paint and woodgrain peeling off the L. front fender. The car would need a few grand worth of bodywork immediately and who knows how the floors and frame are. I've been working on, looking at, and buying cars for nearly 40 years and I still wouldn't even bother with that one.

I stand corrected and apologize. On dialup I did not look at all the pictures and that is one I missed.

That rust isn't too bad. Especially for a Custom Cruiser. I would still buy it with the rust. It is AWSOME!
