Saw this while diving through the small west texas town of Childress near Tex/Nm border (dry climate) Emblem on back of car indicates it was originally sold from the local Olds/Caddy dealer.

Body, trim and chrome all very straight and possibly original paint. I didn’t open the hood. Not my fancy but i can appreciate ANY specimen that has survived in this condition.

 

Town Sedan. It was the bottom line Ninety Eight but good lord that thing is elegant. Seems well cared for too.

 

I spoke with the owner; he sold it today to a gentleman from Baton Rouge Louisiana.

 

Beautiful car if I do say so myself.

I wonder if the Slim Jim shifts correctly?

 

I bet it sold, price wise a nice way to enter this hobby...

 

That thing is a cruiser. Very nice looking car.
