There have been quite a few threads recently mentioning the N body Cutlass. Here's one I found while browsing CL (not mine):

What's up with the roll cage? Is this another SUPER RARE Oldsmobile that the seller might not know much about? The price seems to be decent.

Wild claims but may be a fun car if he really does have a W-41 engine in it and brake upgrades. The 442's with the W-41 needed better brakes to make full use of the car on a curvy road.

Yeah, I thought that was an odd stat to include in the listing. I suppose it would mean something to someone that races with a group like the SCCA.

I never did race but had my share of fun with my old W-41 on curvy roads. For sure the brakes are a much needed improvement for road racing. I could only run hard for about 10 minutes before I needed to let the brakes cool. Nothing like keeping the RPMs between 5000 and 7000 on a real fun road. Not done it in years but would sure like to again. I needed better tires, wheels and brakes to have pushed it any harder than I use to.
