1950 Oldsmobile Station Wagon with Dragracing History
I bought it from the previous owner in Ancaster, Ontario in 1991 who had already done much work on it. It was used for 1/4 mile racing in the 60s-70s in Michigan and Ontario. It has a built 303, with overbore, mild cam kit and Hydramatic Trans. Dual 3" exhausts with Flo-masters. Sounds fantastic! Newer WWW Radial Tires. Brakes rebuilt. It was originally a futuramic 76 model, 3 speed car (only 121 built!) and still has the clutch pedal beneath the floor. It was converted early on to 88 specs, probably by the dealer.
I have been restoring it since 2009 and not fully finished it. We did a frame off restoration in 2009-2010 and the car has been running and driving since then. The bodywork and paint are very nice work. Last year we did much of the interior in genuine Leather and I just got the bumpers back from re-chroming. The car is mostly complete. Lots of new parts are included. The expensive stuff is done, but still lots of small things to sort out. Attached are a few pictures. More pictures and information on request.

I have put more than this into the car! The estimated value finished should double. The car is located near Nuremberg, Germany and shipping can be arranged to almost anywhere at additional cost.
