It looks like this car is now for sale at Past and Present motors in Florida for the same price.
Has anyone looked at this car in person?

With a tweaked front bumper and Cutlass Supreme glove box emblem.
Did someone think the S in Cutlass S meant Supreme, or was that a part from a donor car that was used to rebuild this car?
And why not paint the spare tire to match?

I was interested in this car but it keeps popping up on different sites with different prices and sellers. One was 34,900, another 32,900 and now 27,900. I exchanged emails with them, the interior is all wrong, the AC parts are all missing, and if you look under the hood they painted over the black rubber bumpers. No telling what you are getting into with this. It is located about 3 hours from my house but until I find the true owner I don't want to waste my time driving out there

Some of my concerns also. I replied to the craigslist ad above, the response I got was the 'lister' works for Past and Present cars in FL and the car was just sent to FL.
I did talk to salesman in FL. For the price I'm going to pass.

If you do a search it is also on oldsmobile central and facebook market place.. Between the interior, AC, and other stuff it is an easy 5K that would need to be put in to make it presentable

Appears to have sold at Mecum Kissimmee for $28000+ buyer's premium?

Is this really the market for Rallyes with issues?

Assuming this is it? Engine looks really grungy for that money.
JMO but I don't see the appeal of these over any other Cutlass S

I have to agree. Rallye 350's don't really do it for me either. Stock 350 didn't do it any favors. Story is it was Oldsmobile telling Hurst that they could build their own "Hurst Olds." Pretty much every one I saw as a kid was a total stipper and slow as bleep. I knew a guy that had a very nice one. He always told me how embarrassing it was when people wanted to race him. He eventually sold it and bought an SJ Grand Prix.

I sure would love to see any of the other prototype colors. Maybe if they were offered in more than one color or with a W-31 motor I would like them more.
