Someone should save this?

Ive seen this car advertised locally for prob 8 yrs. When I first saw it he was asking 10k. It does seem rough but maybe its worth the time, effort and $ for someone. Seems a shame but I guess one must consider ROI

Two things are certain - the house behind the car will fall over from rot very soon and the car will fall to pieces from rust. Very cool car.

Definetly sad to see them rot outside like that. It's a shame.

Restoring the car will not be inexpensive. Looking at least $50k+ to get it back to its glory due to all the heavy rust and body damage.

Yeah I saw that the other day too. Unfortunately sunroof, vinyl top and non existent trunk floor are all good indicators that it’s well past prime saving stock. The 6500 price is out of line as well, even at half that few would try most would part it.

Anyone receive a response from the seller? I've emailed a few times but no response.

My friend went to go look at it yesterday. He said it's really bad. Even the entire underside of the hood is gone from rot. I told him not go any higher than $2500 for it in parts.

Great candidate for a re-body is all. The bones look to be there for the most part. It's a 72 Supreme. If you had one, make yourself a nice H/O.
What could possibly go wrong? He says casually as he opens the 1st of several cans of worms....
